Summary of the Role
As a Senior Flight Test Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on flight tests for aircraft systems. You will work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure aircraft safety and performance standards are met or exceeded. Your expertise will be crucial in validating new aircraft designs and modifications, and in supporting the certification process.

Responsibilities
Develop detailed test plans for various flight test activities and ensure their compliance with regulatory standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare test aircraft, including installation of test equipment.
Conduct pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings with flight test crews.
Analyze flight data to assess system performance and identify any negative trends or anomalies.
Document test results and produce comprehensive test reports for stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of flight test procedures and safety protocols.
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and refine aircraft designs based on test findings.
Support the certification process by providing detailed test evidence and interfacing with regulatory authorities.
