Summary of the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Otolaryngologist to join our medical team. The successful candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating conditions of the ear, nose, and throat (ENT), as well as related areas of the head and neck. You will provide surgical and medical care to patients of all ages, offering both inpatient and outpatient services. With at least five years of experience within the field, you will lead and innovate within our department, offering exceptional patient care and advancing our practice through research and education.

Qualifications
Medical degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of residency in Otolaryngology.
Board-certified or Board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
A minimum of five years of clinical experience in otolaryngology post-residency.
Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT conditions in patients of all ages.
Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and sinus surgeries in accordance with current medical standards and practices.
Provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care, from initial consultation to post-operative follow-up.
Participate in the development and implementation of patient management plans and clinical protocols.
Lead and collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including nurses, audiologists, and speech therapists.
Contribute to the research and development of new techniques and equipment within the field of otolaryngology.
Educate medical students, residents, and fellows in otolaryngology best practices and innovative surgical techniques.
Stay updated on advancements in otolaryngology and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care.
