Experience with bioinformatic tools such as BLAST, Bowtie, BWA, and assembly software like SOAPdenovo, Velvet, or SPAdes.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Perl for data analysis.
Understanding of genetic principles and molecular biology techniques.
