Responsibilities

Conduct workplace hazard assessments and recommend preventive measures.
Manage return-to-work programs for employees recovering from injury or illness.
Keep accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Educate employees on injury prevention and healthy work practices.
Stay current with developments in occupational medicine and relevant legislation.
