We are seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care concerning respiratory therapy treatments and procedures. As an integral part of the healthcare team, you will work closely with patients of all ages and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications
Current state Respiratory Therapist license.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy or related field.
2-5 years of experience in respiratory therapy.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
Experience with mechanical ventilators and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Ability to work in a variety of clinical settings, including ICU, ER, and neonatal/pediatric units.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic tests, such as measures of lung capacity and analysis of blood samples to determine oxygen and carbon dioxide levels.
Treat patients with aerosol medications, chest physiotherapy, and other respiratory therapy techniques.
Monitor patient's physiological responses to therapy, such as vital signs, arterial blood gases, and blood chemistry changes.
Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans in conjunction with healthcare team members.
Provide patient and family education on respiratory health and home care procedures.
Maintain patient charts with accurate documentation of therapy and treatment outcomes.
Adhere to safety standards and infection control protocols.
Stay current with the latest respiratory therapy practices and advancements through continuous education.
