Intermediate (2-5 years of experience)
Summary of the Role
As a Clinical Laboratory Technologist with intermediate experience, you will be responsible for performing complex tests and analyses on blood, body fluids, and other specimens to facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Working closely with laboratory teams, you will contribute to the maintenance of laboratory quality standards, and utilize your expertise to ensure accurate and reliable test results.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
Valid certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technologist
Responsibilities
Conduct chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriological tests
Interpret test results and communicate findings to physicians
Perform quality control checks and maintain instruments and laboratory equipment
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and regulations
Stay current with advances in laboratory techniques and technology
Participate in the development and validation of new test methods
Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care
