The Administrative Assistant role is a key support position within the organization, performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office. The candidate will work closely with various departments, provide support to our staff, and assist in daily office needs.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointments
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
