Summary of the Role
As a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to elderly patients. Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Master's or doctoral degree in nursing with a focus on gerontology.
Certified as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner by a recognized certification board.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatric care.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for elderly patients.
