Summary of the Role
As a Senior Insolvency Case Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of complex insolvency cases. This role requires a deep understanding of insolvency laws and procedures, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure that cases are processed efficiently and effectively while complying with legal requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in insolvency case management or a related field.
Proven experience in managing a team and training junior staff.
Strong working knowledge of insolvency laws and procedures.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases from commencement to closure, including bankruptcies and company liquidations.
Lead a team of insolvency professionals, providing guidance and training to junior staff.
Ensure that all case activities comply with legislation, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Prepare and review detailed reports for creditors, courts, and other stakeholders.
Negotiate with creditors, debtors, and other parties to achieve optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
Attend creditors' meetings and court hearings as required, representing the firm's interests.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory changes affecting insolvency practices.
