Summary of the Role
As a Senior Lease Administrator, you will oversee the lease management process, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all leasing documents and transactions. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords, as well as interfacing with internal legal, finance, and real estate teams to support the company's leasing strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in lease administration or property management.
Strong understanding of real estate law and lease documentation.
Proven track record of successfully managing a lease portfolio.
Experience with lease management software and database systems.
Responsibilities
Review, negotiate, and execute leases and lease amendments in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Manage lease renewals, terminations, and other changes to leasing agreements.
Oversee the database of lease documents and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
Collaborate with the finance department to forecast lease obligations and manage lease-related expenses.
Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders regarding lease inquiries and issues.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to leases and property management.
Implement and maintain lease management software and systems.
Provide training and support to junior lease administration staff.
